Memphis Newborn In-Home Family in Nursery

I’ve known Jill + Shawn (and their dog, Guiness) for a few years now, so once I heard they were going to have a baby, I was so excited for them! They are so smart, talented, and caring, and I knew they would raise an awesome child!

Most people now a days want to find out the gender of their child ASAP, but Jill + Shawn waited the entire length of the pregnancy for the surprise of welcoming their new baby girl, Kura Drew to the world. (And let me tell you, she is absolutely precious!) I got to meet her at only 8 days after being born, and I already can tell that this lil girl is going places!

Her nursery is adventure themed- full of animals, travel inspired decor, and a rug centering the room with names of places from all over the world! (Kura herself even got to explore Paris while she was in the womb! A world traveler from the very beginning!)

Fitting with his “Monster Mash” obsession with Halloween rock, Shawn insisted on a pumpkin outfit for the little pumpkin, and it was probably the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life!

This new little family is so in-love with their newest addition, and I know they’re going to have an amazing journey together! Congrats again Jill & Shawn, and welcome to the world Kura!
